Running Club

Do you ever dream of making it across the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Do you need help staying motivated to run? Are you looking to get stronger, faster, and fitter? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then run with FIT4MOM!

We also offer personalized race training programs. Our training programs are designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for FIT4MOM members, but anyone mama can join us. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are always welcome for training runs, but may not be permitted during your race.
