Body Back is so much more than just a workout! We are a community of Moms where you will find support, encouragement, camaraderie and lifelong friendships. Through education, we help you to create a healthier home and more active lifestyle for your family. We believe you should be empowered and encouraged to push past your perceived limits and find inner strength while building physical strength.
For Body Back Sessions, you must pre-register for an 8-week course. Body Back sessions sell out quickly, so you want to hold your spot by registering early.
This class is for women without children present. We offer Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre for when your children accompany you to exercise class.
BODY BACK WORKOUT
Body Back has 3 formats: Rounds, Traveling and Circuit. Each is a High Intensity Interval Training class with a combination of Cardio, Strength and Core. This method (HIIT) is proven to yield the best results and the highest afterburn of calories.
We have all fitness levels in our classes, but we will warn you; these classes are hard! Our goal is to deliver a workout that will challenge any fitness level. You might not be able to do every single thing your first class, but you will be able to by the end of your 8-week session!
We suggest you bring a yoga mat or towel to do your abs and cool down. Also remember a resistance band (we will provide one for you on your first day of class), plenty of water, and a towel for your sweat. You WILL sweat!
This workout is not intended for pre-natal exercise and we do not recommend following the meal plans during pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the course of your Body Back session, please notify your instructor. We offer Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre as appropriate pre-natal exercise programs.
Fit4Mom®is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. At Fit4Mom Wakefield Lake, we offer Stroller Strides (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings), Stroller Barre (Friday mornings), and Fit4Baby classes (Tuesday evenings).

Our most popular class, Stroller Strides, is like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost AND you don't have to pay for childcare! All classes are 60 minutes, followed by playtime for the kiddies and social time for the mamas. Classes incorporate stretching, cardio, strength training, and interval training. We use body weight, strollers, and resistance bands to get an optimum full-body workout. You WILL sweat. While we exercise, we keep our children entertained with nursery rhymes, finger plays, and interactive songs.
